You meet your ghost tour guide by 7:45 on Church Street, in front of Ceviche Restaurant, formerly the Historic Strand Hotel. Your experienced guide will lead you through historic downtown and enlighten you with tales of Orlando's shady past, going as far back as 1886. Hear stories of the entertainment complex known as Church Street Station -- a hotbed of paranormal activity. We'll tell you about an infamous bordello, the original Furniture Store / Funeral Parlor, and the first public cemetery (now the site of an office building), just to name a few. The second half of the tour takes place in one of several haunted buildings in downtown. Tour guests are issued EMF detectors, and we welcome you to bring your own cameras, video recorders, voice recorders, etc. to capture all the evening's excitement. You never know what your camera might catch and no two tours are the same...

AMERICAN GHOST ADVENTURES EVENT POLICY Below are reasons you may be asked to leave an AGA inc event or investigation: UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Any investigation attendee that appears to be intoxicated and/or under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be permitted to participate in the investigation. It is recommended that attendees refrain from using alcohol or other substances at least four hours prior to investigation start. DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Any individual or group that disrupts the peace at any American Ghost Adventures Inc event will be given one warning. After that warning, if the individual or group continues to be unruly, they will be asked to leave the property. DISRESPECT: Any individual or group that shows blatant disrespect to any American Ghost Adventures Inc event attendee, location, special guests, American Ghost Adventures Inc member, etc will be asked to leave immediately. RESTRICTED AREAS: With investigations at historical or commercial locations, there may be certain limitations. These limitations may involve certain areas that we are not allowed to enter. In this instance, you will be taken on a tour to point out these areas. If you are caught within these areas, you will may be asked to leave.
